The
Joy House Pre and Afterschool program is a big hit in many schools and
school directors and teachers love it because the children listen, get
fit, learn lots and have FUN! Children alays go home singing and showing
their parents what they have learnt with Miss Joy. Miss Joy shows them
HOW to practice their songs, dances, stretches, tricks that they learn
in THE JOY HOUSE class!
Taught
and performed by Miss Joy who was recently
Time Warner's National Teachers Award US Finalist for Washinton DC's
"Leaders' in Learning" and "Cable in the classroom"
for her unique school program, work and vision for children, music ,
DVD's and THE
JOY HOUSE TV Show. Miss Joy introduces
children to the wonderful world of dance, music, all visual and performing
arts.
Miss Joy has a great connection and communication with children, a really
"cool" role model that the children seem "to get".
It
is through
original
JOY HOUSE MUSIC, she has written. recorded and performs,
that makes The Joy House so unique (a one of a kind class). She teaches,
motivates and inspires children, She teaches children HOW to dream,
get fit, excercise, dance, learn all their JOY HOUSE follow along routines,
dance
technique and terminology, singing,
songwriting, gymnastics,
how to be
goal orientated and creative,
learn about nutrition,
the importance of good manners.......and
they even design
(showing
them how to draw sets and costume ideas for The Joy House TV Show),
because she eventually wants
the children to be a big part of it and they LOVE being involved. It
makes them feel SPECIAL!
Miss Joy teaches children to "FIND THEIR JOY" in a fun and
creative way that
they remember while at the same time making them feel special and wanted
by building self-esteem, confidence and by giving
children the tools that may spark an interest so they can learn to build
their own Joy House.

For 30 kids or less $100 per hour class
For 31 kids or more (unlimited children) $150 per hour class
THE JOY HOUSE would make a great weekly program
at your school or even as a workshop...think about it for a one off
class to entertain the school or classroom maybe for your school's next
Summer Camp. THE JOY HOUSE is the coolest place and a favorite class
